Assembly Operator (Thursday-Saturday Days)

About The Position

This role involves assembling parts in an assigned area until the final product is complete. The shift is Thursday-Saturday, from 5:45 am to 6:15 pm CST. The operator will be expected to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each station, perform quality checks against aesthetic standards, maintain adequate parts supply at their station, and be flexible to learn and rotate through multiple stations and potentially different manufacturing facilities based on production needs. Maintaining a clean work area and the ability to work unsupervised while handling multiple tasks are also key aspects of this role. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Moderate proficiency in English
• Standing for long periods of time
• Able to read SOP in English
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the SOP at each designated station within an Assembly cell.
• Quality-check each piece produced against set aesthetic standards.
• Keep designated station full of needed parts for job assigned.
• Learn job duties at multiple stations within assigned cell.
• Flexibility to rotate from one assigned cell or manufacturing facilities to another based on production needs.
• Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
• Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
