The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling parts in an assigned area until the final product is complete. This role operates on a Monday-Wednesday night shift from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM CST. The operator will need to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each station, perform quality checks on produced parts against aesthetic standards, and maintain a supply of necessary parts at their station. The role also involves learning job duties at multiple stations within an assigned cell and demonstrating flexibility to rotate between cells or facilities based on production needs. Maintaining a clean work area through expected housekeeping is also a key responsibility. The operator must be able to work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks, with other duties assigned as needed.
