The operator will be responsible for reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each station, quality-checking each piece produced against aesthetic standards, and ensuring their assigned station is stocked with necessary parts. The position requires learning job duties at multiple stations within an assigned cell and offers flexibility to rotate between cells or facilities based on production needs. Maintaining a clean work area through expected housekeeping is also a key responsibility. The role requires the ability to work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks, with other duties as assigned.
