About The Position
Donaldson is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble components or products according to specifications. The position is located in Dixon, Illinois, and is a first-shift role scheduled Monday through Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The role involves inspecting finished products, safely operating hand tools and small machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in assembly.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions.
