About The Position

Flex-N-Gate is a manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry. The Assembly Operator works the third shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., in a straight eight-hour shift with a paid lunch. The starting pay rate is $20.55 per hour, with scheduled increases after three and six months of employment. The role also includes a $0.50 third-shift differential and eligibility for a monthly attendance bonus beginning with the first full month of employment. The Assembly Operator loads components into machines or onto conveyor systems, completes production and inspection reports, conducts hourly inspections, and packs finished products into totes or bins. The operator is also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements

High attention to detail.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Basic math skills, including working with percentages and fractions.
Ability to use and understand quality gauges and quality fixtures.
Ability to work in a factory environment, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
