About The Position

The Assembly Cell Operator assembles electronic components, wiring, fixtures, and subassemblies, installing components into larger assemblies or casings. The role ensures proper wiring installation and tests or troubleshoots equipment before it is put into or returned to service. Work may be performed by hand or with small hand and power tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, following safety rules, instructions, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Some electronic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fixtures and electronic components, mounting them and installing them into larger assemblies or casings.
• Install electrical wiring properly and test or troubleshoot equipment before it is put into or returned to service.
• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products using hand and power tools.
• Follow security rules, safety policies, instructions, and quality guidelines.
• Learn and perform manual tool operations.
• Complete work with attention to detail and collaborate in a team environment.
