About The Position

The Assembly Cell Operator assembles electronic components and wiring using hand and power tools, ensuring quality, safety, and proper installation while working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves assembling fixtures, mounting electronic components, and installing them into larger assemblies or casings. It also includes installing electrical wiring and testing or troubleshooting equipment before it is put into or returned to service. Components may be assembled by hand or with small tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assemble fixtures and electronic components, subassemblies, and products.
• Mount electronic components and install them into larger assemblies or casings.

• Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly work.
• Follow security rules, safety policies, instructions, and quality guidelines.
