About The Position

Assembly C contributes to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. The role performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies and is scheduled for a second shift on a Monday–Thursday 4/10 schedule. The position does not require travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years of prior experience, or a 2-year post-secondary/AA degree with 2 years of prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
• Follow an engineered assembly process.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Train and mentor other assemblers when required.
• Work in multi-functional teams.
• Touch up and rework electronic boards.
