About The Position

Ralliant is seeking an Assembler to join the C shift team at Qualitrol. The role involves setting up and operating assembly equipment, rotating among work cells as directed, packing finished products for shipment, maintaining a safe and clean work area, contributing to cell improvements, and meeting established quality standards. The C shift runs from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with training on A shift required before moving to C shift. The starting hourly rate is $28, consisting of a $23.50 base rate and a $4.50 shift differential.

Requirements

• Proficient English reading and writing skills, including the ability to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and read measuring devices.
• Availability to train on A shift before moving to C shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking equipment, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotate into other work cells as instructed by the Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Participate in developing and implementing cell improvements.
• Perform duties in accordance with established quality standards.
