About The Position

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment. This includes operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods, monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products, and maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures and is closely supervised. Communication involves information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
