About The Position

Reacher Mfg. Corp. is seeking experienced assemblers for light assembly work in the material handling manufacturing industry. Candidates should have previous assembly experience or be able to quickly learn the technical skills needed for the job. High-performing individuals who demonstrate positive behaviors may have opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

The role involves using hand tools, following assembly instructions, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and communicating effectively with team members. Assemblers must be able to work independently and collaboratively. The position is first shift only.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous assembly experience or the ability to quickly learn the technical skills required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools or the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
