Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to work in manufacturing environment.
Looking for individuals with a great attitude

Responsibilities

Performs all duties according to established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures; and maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
Assembling mattress units per established work instructions using a variety of tools and machinery (automated and non-automated)
Process foam mattresses per tasks such as, but not limited to; component preparation, assembly, gluing, laminating, coating, measuring, applying initial covering, sewing, applying final coverings, feeding machines, packaging, and preparing for storage or shipment
Inspects mattress components and finished units for unacceptable flaws or defects
Specific tasks are assigned and cross-training to other assembly tasks is required
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Positions include ability to work in packing, boxing, wrapping, production, assembly.
