About The Position

The Assembler 1 is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading packaging equipment. The role involves building kits and packages, operating an RF sealer, verifying finished packages and production quantities, completing production records, maintaining production pace and standards, and following safety and 5S practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Able to count and compare numbers.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload packaging equipment.
• Build kits and packages according to the SWS sheet.
• Operate the RF sealer according to the SWS sheet.
• Verify that kits and packages are sealed correctly.
• Verify production quantities manually and with a scale.
• Verify that the stock ticket is completed correctly.
• Complete scrap tickets accurately.
• Complete the daily production sheet accurately.
• Update the hourly goal board accurately.
• Maintain production pace and standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 5S.
