About The Position

The Assembler 1 loads, operates, and unloads packaging equipment. The role builds and packages kits according to SWS sheets, operates an RF sealer, checks finished packages and production records, maintains required production pace and standards, follows safety requirements, and practices 5Ss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Able to count and compare numbers.

Responsibilities

• Build kits and packages according to the SWS sheet.
• Operate the RF sealer according to the SWS sheet.
• Verify that kits and packages are sealed correctly.
• Verify production quantities manually and with a scale.
• Verify that stock tickets are completed correctly.
• Complete scrap tickets accurately.
• Complete the daily production sheet accurately.
• Update the hourly goal board accurately.
• Maintain production pace and standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 5Ss.
