About The Position

This role is for an Assembler on the 2nd shift within the Industrial Equipment and Automation Division. The primary focus is on being a team player with a strong work ethic to meet production goals. The position also involves active participation in the employee involvement team and contributing to a positive assembly team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Willingness to cross-train.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work within the “Industrial Equipment Production Guidelines".

Responsibilities

• Be a team player with good work ethic to enable the team to hit production goals.
• Be an integral/contributing member on the 1st shift employee involvement team.
• Help build a strong assembly team atmosphere.
