About The Position

Hypertherm Associates is seeking Assemblers for their 2nd shift in Hanover, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday - Friday schedule from 2:20 pm to 10:20 pm. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
