About The Position

MicroMetl Corporation is seeking Assemblers to join their Indianapolis, IN team. This role involves performing various general labor duties, including assembling sheet metal products and components using power hand tools and fastening equipment, while meeting or exceeding production standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or three to six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understand and be comfortable with both the working environment and physical requirements of the role
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions in basic English
• Ability to do basic math skills
• Lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds
• Standing on one's feet for longer periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Ability to use various power tools including pneumatic tools
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring

Responsibilities

• Assembling various sheet metal products and components utilizing various power hand tools and fastening equipment
• Meeting or exceeding department production standards and expectations
