About The Position

You will join the manufacturing team to assemble and test products that meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals. You will work onsite on a 1st shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM), collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to produce and inspect assemblies. Your work ensures products conform to specifications and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must present diploma or GED prior to interview)
  • US citizenship required
  • At least two years of manufacturing experience, including assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions
  • Ability to perform basic shop math
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Experience using hand and power tools and inspection/measurement tools

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in electronics technology
  • Soldering experience

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules
  • Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment
  • Record test results on data forms and use basic electrical equipment and flow meters
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and quality directives
  • Produce and inspect assemblies to ensure conformity with product and industry standards
  • Perform tasks such as lock wiring, first stage subassembly, final detailing, touch-up or full surface painting, and paint mixing/cleaning as assigned
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain a FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration per schedule
  • Receive and act on direct supervisory guidance
