About The Position

You will help the team meet customer delivery schedules by performing assembly and test functions on gas turbine fuel system components. You will work primarily onsite on a 2nd shift schedule (3PM-1:30AM Mon–Thu) with initial training on 1st shift (7AM-3:30PM Mon–Thu). Your work directly supports production quality, safety, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
  • Capability to learn and apply product and process knowledge to new techniques
  • Ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of general mechanical work experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and assembly fixtures
  • Record test results on data forms and use basic electrical equipment and flow meters
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications and customer/industry standards
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying and suggesting areas for improvement
  • Observe safety rules and maintain foreign object damage (FOD) free work areas
  • Ensure equipment calibration is maintained per schedule
