About The Position

The Assembler works onsite with AGCO’s Beloit manufacturing team to assemble, inspect, package, and prepare components and products for production. The role involves building finished equipment in accordance with engineering specifications, work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. The employee contributes to products that help farmers sustainably feed the world and works with a team focused on safety, quality, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare parts and products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, shop drawings, pick lists, and production documentation.
• Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring equipment, and other assigned equipment.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure completed products meet specifications.
• Accurately count, weigh, package, and report completed parts using company computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production, quality, cost, and company objectives.
