About The Position

Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B. You will assemble and test products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery targets, supporting production and quality teams in an onsite, first-shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) manufacturing environment in Irvine, CA. You will work under direct supervisory guidance, contribute to lean initiatives, and interact with inspection and test stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• 1–2 years soldering experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vision screening required
• At least 1 year general mechanical work experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications
• Basic math, verbal, written, and basic computer skills
• Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment
• Ability to apply lean initiatives and work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and inspection measurement equipment
• Record test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and quality directives
• Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; assemble and test to specifications
• Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts and mix/clean finishing materials
• Identify and recommend opportunities for lean improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain a FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration per schedule
