About The Position

Dover Food Retail is hiring an Assembler II to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly-line machinery and equipment at fixed workstation positions. The role operates equipment to install parts and components into products, assemblies, or subassemblies as they move along the line; moves, packs, and sorts raw materials or finished goods; monitors output quality and identifies products for discard or rework; and maintains accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis.

This Support 2 position requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, acquired through work experience, and may require vocational or technical education. Work is performed under moderate supervision. Problems are generally routine but may occasionally require interpreting or deviating from standard procedures. The role communicates information that may require explanation or interpretation.

• Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for discard or re-manufacture.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
