About The Position

Spartan Emergency Response (Spartan ER), part of Terex Corporation, designs, manufactures, and distributes custom emergency response vehicles, cabs, and chassis. The Assembler II role assembles and installs components for emergency response vehicles, following blueprints and engineering specifications while meeting safety and manufacturing quality requirements. The work includes cleaning and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. The position involves frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders, as well as lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance. Employees must be able to work in environments without temperature control and safely operate protective equipment. Requirements

Preferred one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred high school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
Ability to use common hand and power tools, such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
Successful completion of drug and background screening.
Ability to operate and understand the operation of protective safety equipment in the work area.
Ability to lift 40 pounds without assistance.
Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and climb up and down ladders.
