About The Position

This is a first shift position at the Racine facility. The Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to specified Work Instructions and may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired
Work collaboratively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
Convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listen actively to others.
Take prompt action to accomplish work goals; take action to achieve results beyond what is required; be proactive.
Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.

Responsibilities

Assemble components with precision and care
Ensure quality standards are met every step of the way
Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace
Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on your own.
Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and report completed work.
Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and when needed seek out additional information from lead or Supervisor.
