About The Position

Responsible for the daily production and assembly of micro titer plates for use with MSD instruments in compliance with standardized operating procedures and practices in a GMP/ISO manufacturing environment. This is an entry level position that supports the manufacturing operations in producing and supplying the basis for all consumables production within the organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A demonstrated level of consistency in performance and an aptitute for managing additional responsiblity and accountability are required for next level consideration
Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and adhering to standard operating procedures and practices
Ability to complete daily production task lists within standard operating hours
Demonstrated ability to work with automated equipment
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Effectively communicate issues/problems and results that impact timelines, accuracy and reliability of laboratory data
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the quantitative background to advance this knowledge on the job is expected
Ability to multi-task and work productively in a demanding manufacturing environment with changing priorities
Use and development of interpersonal skills to support team collaboration is expected

Nice To Haves

Experience with manufacturing environments controlled by MRP and/orERP systems for managing part and product inventory levels is preferred
Experience working in a regulated ISO or GMP environment is preferred
Experience producing consumable items for diagnostic instrumentation or medical devices is highly preferred
