About The Position

The Assembler I performs entry-level assembly operations to produce quality products in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and production schedules. The position develops proficiency in assembly techniques while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role contributes to Signia Aerospace’s SOAR operating model through a commitment to safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer focus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical assembly techniques.
• Basic blueprint reading.
• Hand and power tool operation.
• Basic quality inspection methods.
• Safety awareness.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
