The Assembler I, under moderate supervision, assembles products, and sub-assemblies and assists in the manufacturing process. This is a 1st shift position working from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Requirements

• Ability to learn basic manufacturing functions.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to maintain operations between assignments.
• Ability to be proactive; a self-starter.
• Ability to maintain a neat and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Assembles/manufactures simple products.
• Maintains stock-level inventory of materials required for the job being processed.
• Processes all priority orders in the order received unless otherwise directed by the supervisor.
• Performs simple functional tests on sub-assemblies when required.
• Provides self-QC on items manufacturing and reports any material defects to supervisor.
