About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 3rd shift. This role involves handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy and performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery. The position requires following methods and sequences of operations to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed, accurately documenting daily production metrics, and potentially participating in improvement projects as a team member. The role also emphasizes demonstrating Philips Behaviors, treating team members with respect, and valuing their feedback.

Requirements

Good hand eye coordination.
Communication skills (both verbal and written).
High school diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
