About The Position

Perform duties associated with producing window and door products that customers perceive as having high quality and value. The role involves assembling products according to standard work procedures, using tools and measuring equipment, and working at an established production pace. Employees may cross-train in multiple workstations and are expected to work effectively with others, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and attend work dependably.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours a day.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to work at an established production rate, occasionally pushing and/or pulling materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds constantly; team lifting may be required for heavier lifting.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and turn.
• Ability to climb stairs and/or ladders and work in elevated areas.
