About The Position

This role involves assembling products according to detailed specifications, including blueprints, drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work orders. The position also includes a mentoring and training function, requiring the ability to master all assembly functions within a designated department. Responsibilities include using power and hand tools, meeting established work and production standards, monitoring the quality of raw materials and the final product, and interpreting work orders. The assembler must also be able to identify and inspect required components for assembly.
