About The Position

This is a 100% onsite role at a BAE Systems facility due to the need for in-person collaboration and hands-on work. The Assembler performs solder touch-up after mass reflow, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Conformal Coating, and assembles electronic components, subassemblies, kits, and modules according to work instructions, wiring lists, diagrams, and process sheets.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience.
Experience working with electronic assemblies or printed circuit cards.
Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and quality standards.
Experience with inspection equipment or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) using standard measuring tools and techniques.
Conduct soldering and inspection in accordance with certification requirements.
Use appropriate tooling and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
Verify and inspect products for compliance with quality standards and perform rework as necessary.
Cross-train in other assembly processes to enhance versatility within the team.
Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
