Requirements

18 years of age or older
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens
Willing and able to work normal shift schedule and occasional overtime including Friday and weekend shifts if needed.
High school graduate or GED

Responsibilities

Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product following standard work on an assembly line.
Perform checks, inspections, and escalate issues to ensure good quality.
Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment.
Train and become competent and achieve line rate at all assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor.
Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
