Key tasks include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with quality checks. The position also supports preventative maintenance, helps organize work areas, and may involve working across different departments. Employees must comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may need to adjust schedules. Overtime, typically 10–20 hours per week, is a regular requirement. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is an onsite 1st Shift position (Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30p.m.) in Ladysmith, WI. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures
  • Perform mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks
  • Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment
  • Perform basic computer skills for completing production or documentation tasks
  • Be willing to work in any assigned department
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation
  • Be willing to work required overtime (typically 10–20 hours per week)
  • Support molding operations
  • Pack products
  • Assist with visual and dimensional quality checks
  • Support preventative maintenance
  • Help keep work areas organized
  • Follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations
  • Occasionally adjust schedules to meet needs
