In the Assembly Operator position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components. As the global leader in powersports, Polaris Inc. Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens
  • Willing and able to work normal shift schedule and occasional overtime including Friday and weekend shifts if needed.
  • High school graduate or GED

Responsibilities

  • Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product following standard work on an assembly line.
  • Perform checks, inspections, and escalate issues to ensure good quality.
  • Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment.
  • Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
  • Train and become competent and achieve line rate at all assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor.
  • Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
