About The Position

Florida Sealcoating LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator to manage project cost estimation, bidding, and financial oversight while ensuring successful project execution. The role requires in-depth knowledge of asphalt paving, striping, milling, and roadway construction, along with a strong understanding of industry-specific material, labor, and equipment costs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in asphalt and paving operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. This position is in person at the company’s Sanford, Florida office and requires travel to job sites for assessments, client meetings, and crew check-ins. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt paving, striping, milling, or construction estimating.
Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, equipment, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and DOT specifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience in asphalt and paving operations.

Responsibilities
