About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter in Burgaw, North Carolina, to support a student in a school setting. The interpreter will provide direct one-on-one ASL interpretation throughout the school day, facilitating communication and supporting the student’s access to classroom curriculum and social interactions. The position collaborates with the student’s educational team. The role is full-time, with pay of $35–$45 per hour and flexible schedules. Requirements

• Provide proof of an EIPA score of 3.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ASL interpretation for a student throughout the school day.
