About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an ASL-fluent caregiver to provide individualized care in clients’ homes, including support for deaf and hard-of-hearing clients. Caregivers assist with daily activities according to each client’s needs, helping them remain at home while maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. The stated salary range is $23.50–$25.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountability, reliability, independence, and good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
