About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role helps clients with daily activities and supports their dignity, privacy, and independence. Care may be tailored to people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the natural process of aging. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. The posted salary range is USD $18.35–$22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to responsibly handle confidential information.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and use good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
