About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them with daily activities while supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. No prior experience is required; full orientation and training are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities to make a difference in clients’ everyday lives.

Services may support people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery; living with chronic disabilities; or experiencing the natural process of aging. Care is tailored to individual needs and may involve clients of varying ages and physical and cognitive abilities. The company’s services also include personal care and homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
