About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ daily activities and helps them maintain dignity, privacy, and independence. Duties vary according to each client’s needs and include personal care, homemaking, companionship, and transportation assistance. The stated pay is $13.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Have at least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
• Pass a pre-employment background check; employment is contingent on successful completion.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have current CPR certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
• Be capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Be accountable and reliable, and able to work independently using good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
