About The Position

The ASIC Post Silicon DFT Technical Leader will work in Cisco’s Silicon One development organization, leading post-silicon DFT efforts. The role partners with post-silicon product engineering, Reliability, Board, package, functional test, and system teams to define the post-silicon bring-up-to-production roadmap and drive DFT requirements early in the design cycle. The lead will help develop next-generation networking chips and guide post-silicon processes and quality throughout production from the DFT design perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of experience.
  • Experience in post-silicon validation, hardware bring-up, yield and reliability learnings, ramp acceleration, failure analysis efficiency, and production scalability.
  • Experience working with DFT teams and post-silicon validation from initial bring-up through high-volume production.
  • Experience with gate-level simulation and debugging using VCS and other simulators.
  • Post-silicon validation and debug experience.
  • Ability to work with ATE patterns and P1687.

Nice To Haves

  • Verilog design experience, including developing custom DFT logic and IP integration.
  • Familiarity with functional verification.
  • DFT CAD development experience.
  • Experience with test architecture, methodology, and infrastructure.
  • Test Static Timing Analysis experience.
