About The Position

Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems is hiring multiple entry-level ASIC/FPGA Design Verification Engineers for its Boeing Electronic Products team in El Segundo, California. Engineers support verification activities for ASIC, FPGA, or SoC designs used in aerospace programs, including space systems, satellite technologies, communications systems, and related digital subsystems, while gaining exposure to broader digital product development. The role assists with electronic architecture and detailed product specifications, design development consistent with requirements, testing and analysis, collection of technical performance data, and engineering support throughout the product lifecycle. It also supports trade studies and literature research for future product designs. Work is performed under close supervision, with assigned verification tasks and ownership increasing over time. Candidates should have verification fundamentals and be prepared to discuss simulation, debugging, coverage, requirements traceability, SystemVerilog, reusable verification concepts, and their level of UVM understanding. UVM experience is strongly preferred. The position is 100% onsite in El Segundo, California, and is for first shift. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim and/or final Secret Clearance is required after starting. The role also requires meeting U.S. export-control requirements as a U.S. Person. Boeing does not sponsor employment visas. Relocation is available based on candidate eligibility. The position is not contingent upon program award and is not safety sensitive.
