About The Position

Adelphoi is seeking an A.R.T. Facilitator to lead Community-Based A.R.T. cycles in Washington County. This is a 10-week program with two 1.5-hour sessions per week, held at the LEADER Program in Washington, serving 8-12 youth per cycle.

Requirements

• Currently trained in Aggression Replacement Training.
• Experience facilitating ART groups.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment clearances/screenings/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate all scheduled sessions with another A.R.T. Facilitator.
• Complete necessary intake paperwork with assigned youth.
• Maintain all progress records, including weekly and monthly reports.
• Communicate with placing juvenile probation officers regarding youth progress, attendance, and participation.
• Communicate with family members concerning youth progress.
• Reschedule sessions in the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances.
• Continuously assess program implementation and effectiveness to make necessary adjustments to service delivery.
