About The Position

BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse is seeking a Senior Art Director for the 'Run By Rosie' project. This is a contract role with a time commitment of 15-20 hours per week, running from June 22, 2026, to September 4, 2026, with final assets due on August 28, 2026. The project fee is a flat rate of $10,000. The role involves designing layouts, developing new concepts, translating marketing strategies into creative executions, establishing the graphic look and feel, and creating photo shoot briefs with direction for the photographer.

Requirements

• Mid to senior level art director.
• Strong social experience and social-heavy portfolio.
• Must be available to travel to LA for photoshoot week of 7/20 or 7/27 (exact date TBD).
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Must have a strong AD/CW duo who has worked together in the past.

Nice To Haves

• Food & beverage experience highly preferred.
