About The Position

Serves as a key consultant to clients guiding the direction for design concepts and by providing decision-making solutions for creative strategy. Responsible for developing and managing the creative process and inspiring a team of creative professionals. Responsible for owning and guiding strategic concept sessions and the delivery of the best possible and most efficient design solutions. Participates in and supports business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a creative and team management role
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have exceptional organization skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Thrives at building relationships
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Able to adjust to change

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an inspired creative team
  • Develop and maintain the creative process to deliver the best solution
  • Develops a strong relationship with clients to understand expectations and ensures that solutions are on strategy
  • Collaborates with other teams' members to stretch the level of thinking and contribution
  • Confers with team to discuss and outline project scope, provide creative concept direction and coordinate creative activities
  • Be proactive in scheduling process to assist in identifying and resolving issues
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneous from concepts to completion
  • Lead or provide guidance on projects from idea generations through strategy, design, problems resolution and effective, successful implementation
  • Provide creative strategy to brand direction and set graphic standards to meet the marketing vision
  • Provide motivation and high degree of creative vision
  • Provide direction and insight during the creative processing
  • Evaluate and certify progress towards defined goals
  • Reviews work for accuracy
  • Prepare and present creative presentations in concert with other team members
  • Ensure deadlines are met and process is efficient
