About The Position

Engrain is seeking a Senior Art Director with a blend of critical thinking and execution skills. This 'player-coach' role is for a seasoned creative professional responsible for architecting complex information into sophisticated visual systems. The Art Director will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and VP of Marketing, shaping the visual future of the brand. The role involves owning the production and evolution of the sales collateral library, transforming raw content into one-pagers, pitch decks, and promotional materials to support marketing and sales efforts, balancing speed and volume with aesthetics to drive leads and close deals.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ Years of Design Experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or Commercial Real Estate.
  • Understanding of marketing nuances to multi-family owners, developers, and commercial stakeholders.
  • The "Finisher" Mindset: Possess the velocity of a production designer with the brain of a creative director, finding satisfaction in high-volume, error-free work.
  • PropTech Fluency: Comfortable designing for technology products, making software screenshots, data dashboards, and workflows look modern, clean, and intuitive.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma, with a focus on clean file organization.
  • Professional Judgment: Ability to defend design choices by explaining how they serve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Evolution & Scaling: Intelligently "slow roll" new, high-level brand concepts across the entire company collateral ecosystem.
  • The Art of the One-Pager: Design and maintain a library of "smart" template structures for sales sheets and one-pagers that balance density with high-end aesthetic polish.
  • Revenue-Driving Sales Assets: Collaborate with leadership to architect a comprehensive library of sales enablement materials, transforming raw strategic direction into high-end pitch decks and collateral.
  • Information Architecture: Master the visualization of complex data, turning spreadsheets and fee structures into clear, branded visual charts.
  • Autonomous Ownership: Act as a self-starter who establishes the visual standard for the organization, building processes and systems that define "premium".
