Armed Security Officer - Kent - LE Exp Preferred
About The Position
Provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors at retail locations while protecting company assets. Serve as a visible security presence focused on customer service, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and incident prevention. Use sound judgment and professionalism to resolve situations without physical interaction. Positions are available at multiple locations in Kent, Puyallup, and Tacoma. Applicants should indicate whether they are interested in full-time, part-time, or on-call work. Day and swing shifts are available, with preference given to applicants willing to work any shift, including graveyard shifts. Pay is $27.50–$37.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and assignment. The employer provides uniforms and equipment; the officer must provide their own firearm and lease it to the company, subject to a strict approved list.
Requirements
- Must possess law enforcement or military experience.
- Must be able to provide a personal firearm and lease it to the company; the firearm must be on the company's strict approved list.

- A current security license is preferred.
- Willingness to work any shift, including graveyard shifts, is preferred.
