About The Position
This full-time role involves safeguarding clients and property within a community housing setting. The position is located in Cincinnati, OH, at Community Housing. Shifts are primarily evenings, Wednesday through Sunday, with specific times ranging from 3p-11p, 4p-12a, or 5p-1a.
Requirements
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Current OPOTA Firearms certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Technologically adept
- Must travel to Pittsburgh, PA, for one week of QRS training
Responsibilities
- Patrol property and monitor access points
- Respond to emergencies and alarms
- Complete detailed incident reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
