Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Armed Level 3 Security Guard Card/license from the State of New Mexico.

Must provide own semi-automatic firearm for work; examples listed include 9mm, .45 caliber, and .40 caliber.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, as applicable by law.
Must obtain security certification according to the State of New Mexico and complete onboarding and site-specific training.
E-Verification approval and approval/interview with the assigned site manager are required.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Safeguard client premises, including by patrolling a variety of locations.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients.
Preserve order by enforcing site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.
Carry out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond calmly to incidents, critical situations, and emergency-response needs.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Remain vigilant by observing, hearing, and evaluating potential risks or incidents.
