Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Hold a current New Mexico Level 3 armed security guard card/license.
Have previous experience as an Armed Security Officer or Armed Guard.
Provide your own semi-automatic firearm; examples listed are 9mm, .45 caliber, or .40 caliber.
Pass a background investigation and drug screen, to the extent permitted by law.
Obtain required security certification and pass E-Verification approval, complete onboarding and site-specific training, and receive approval and an interview with the assigned site manager.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Safeguard and monitor the premises, including conducting regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter.
Preserve order by enforcing site regulations, directives, and policies concerning personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
Respond calmly to incidents, critical situations, and emergency-response needs.
Remain vigilant by observing, listening, and evaluating potential risks or incidents.
